It is here. The first injury report of the 2017 regular season. And as the Los Angeles Rams get ready to take on the Indianapolis Colts, it’s a rare sight — the perfect injury report.

Yup. Not a single injury to report.

I personally had some concerns given the way the preseason unfolded. Between OLB Robert Quinn, CB Kayvon Webster and ILB Mark Barron, I was worried we could be looking at some injury impacts of our own while the Colts are confirmed to be down at least three players and perhaps more looking at this:

We knew QB Andrew Luck, CB Vontae Davis and C Ryan Kelly would all miss out. Any additional losses only expound the problem for Indy while we’re looking at a clean report.

More than anything, it’s just confirmation that there’s nothing longstanding to worry about on the physical readiness front as the Rams prepare to get the 2017 season underway.
