With the Los Angeles Rams trekking to Jerry World to play the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday, I reached out to Rams superfan, Saturday Night Live alum and first-time director Taran Killam, to ask who he thought would win:
He has the Rams winning by at least two possessions, and DT Aaron Donald taking over the game. Yesterday, Alden Gonzalez wrote about Donald’s insane offseason regimen, so it’s not totally unreasonable that Donald has a dominant game Sunday after getting in rhythm last Thursday night:
45 minutes of hell. The grueling, high-intensity workout that got Aaron Donald ready despite a summer-long holdout. https://t.co/OxS0itrwAD— Alden Gonzalez (@Alden_Gonzalez) September 28, 2017
It’s also notable that RB Ezekiel Elliot has looked very human, averaging 3.5 YPC and 1 TD after three games, while Rams RB Todd Gurley has scored a whopping 6 TD’s and added 140 yards on 13 rec’s.
Let’s hope Taran is right (not about the tires, but the score).
Taran’s latest film, which he wrote, directed and co-starred, is Killing Gunther and stars the treasure that is Arnold Schwarzenegger as the title character. It pays homage to faux documentaries like Spinal Tap and What We Do In The Shadows. Here’s the synopsis:
A group of eccentric assassins are fed up with Gunther, the world's greatest hitman, and decide to kill him, but their plan turns into a series of bungled encounters as Gunther seems to always be one step ahead.
