In their continued effort to sign any wide receiver that’s recently donned a Buffalo Bill’s uniform, the Los Angeles Rams worked out free agent Kolby Listenbee on Tuesday.

Listenbee - drafted out of TCU by the Bills in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft - has yet to make a play in the NFL due to recurring injury issues. In whittling down their roster (to 75) last August, the Bills placed Listenbee on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list. The lingering affects of a double sports hernia surgery kept him sidelined during OTA’s and the preseason, ultimately sealing his fate with the team.
Listenbee also ran track at TCU. The name may ring a bell too, even for those not familiar with the Horned Frogs program. Listenbee ran his 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine in blazing 4.39 second fashion...second only to Notre Dame’s Will Fuller (4.32).
Despite not sticking in Buffalo, he undoubtedly recognized a few friendly faces while visiting LA. Stay tuned to see if Listenbee sticks with the Rams, joining former teammates Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods.
