Sean McVay has done it again. A week after losing to his former employer, the rookie Rams head coach led his team to a thrilling 41-39 shootout victory. But before we delve too far into that, let’s take a look at the pulse of the fan approval ratings after their Week 2 loss to the Redskins.
A small downtick with those who think he’s doing a stellar job, but after a loss, that’s to be expected. Now that we have a handful of polls under our belts in the 2017 NFL season, I can make fancy charts (apologies for the cursor in the middle of the picture). Here’s how your views have changed since the beginning of training camp.
It’s clear to see that Rams fans approve of McVay’s progress with the team he inherited from Jeff Fisher. The vast majority of fans have rated McVay as a ‘4’. The consistency is nice too. I consider it a good sign that the week 2 loss didn’t tank his approval ratings.
On a scale of 1 (Bad) to 5 (Good), how would you grade Mcvay?
