This week Misone (@MightyorMisone) and Joe (@3k_) dive into camp talking in depth about the Los Angeles Rams 2017 Training Camp, primarily the DT Aaron Donald holdout and CB Trumaine Johnson’s suggestion that this might be his last season as a Ram.
From there the conversation gets real McVay-ish. The guys dig into how camp has gone so far and what kind of job new Head Coach Sean McVay has done so far discussing his energy and the way he has handled situations to this point. Also who really to blame for the contract issues the Rams continue to have year in and year out, and why the top players on the roster continue to walk in free agency.
Misone goes real True (or Tru...) Hollywood story out of nowhere with the inside scoop on what really happened to “Priority A,” General Manager Les Snead’s term at the 2016 NFL Scouting Combine for re-signing the Rams’ secondary the only member of which remaining on the roster is Tru who’s one foot out the door. He explains why the Rams weren’t able to keep CB Janoris Jenkins and Rodney McLeod, then gives his opinion on why they won’t keep Tru. You definitely won’t want to miss this.
Then things the discussion turns to...potatoes. Mashed, fries, baked, etc. Some deep Xs and Os analysis...
Then back to who do you think might surprise or have a really good camp in the secondary as well as the receiver room. A fun-filled show with a lot of talking points and info, things are heating up and we are only three weeks into TSR and one week into camp. Stay tuned, things are only going to get more interesting from here with the preseason kickoff is next week!
