As Gil Brandt of NFL.com chugs along in his top players by position series, he hit us with his top punters of all time, and a certain Los Angeles Rams Punter has made the list:

7. Johnny Hekker

Interesting to say the least. As a young (27) player, Hekker is almost already in his top 5, and surely has the chance to end up in one of the top spots upon completion of his career. For the Rams, Hekker/McQuaide/Coach Bones has seemed to be the perfect combination, as the Rams have annually been at the top of the league in terms of special teams play, specifically the punt team. Hekker has broken multiple NFL records in his short career and only seems to be improving every year.

The duo of Johnny Hekker and Coach Bones has no limits, so long as the Rams can keep the two together.
