Ian Rapoport of NFL Network is reporting that Grambling State WR Chad Williams is visiting the Los Angeles Rams today:
#Grambling WR Chad Williams, who ran under 4.4 at his Pro Day, is visiting the #Rams today. Was at #Seahawks yesterday, #Bills Monday.

Chad Williams was an under the radar prospect, that is until he arrived at the Senior Bowl. Williams killed the week of practice ultimately having many scouts and attendees say he was the most impressive WR of the week. Sharp route running, strong hands that plucked the ball out of the air, and great speed leaving CB’s in the dust were good enough to make Williams stand out all week.
Williams is a 6’2 195 lb prospect that was hand timed running a 4.37 forty at his pro day. He’s likely going to be a late day 2 or day 3 prospect, and may need some refinement before he’s ready to dominate the rigors of the NFL game. But make no mistake, Williams is a good athlete with lots of skills to build around. One issue that arose was a charge of possession of marijuana and a firearm, though everything else seems to be good. In 4 years at Grambling, Williams had major production: 210 receptions, 3,000+ yards, and 28 touchdowns.
This is his NFL.com draft profile strengths:
Plays bigger than his size. Confident in his hands and snatches the ball way out in front of this frame. Shows some physicality after the catch and isn't easy to bring down. Hung 13 catches for 152 yards on Arizona early in the season. Uses body as a shield between the throw and the defender and can play as big as he needs to in space.
