It’s perfect. Week 11 of the 2017 college football season is perfect.
There’s simply too much good football, both for college football itself but also for NFL fans looking to get some early looks at future Los Angeles Rams and opponents, to watch today.
The early slate is stacked. #12 Michigan St. at #13 Ohio St. #15 Oklahoma St. at #21 Iowa St. Connecticut at #18 UCF. #23 North Carolina St. at Boston College. Arkansas at #24 LSU. Florida- South Carolina.
Again, that’s just from this early set of games.
There are seven games featuring two ranked opponents playing each other. Three of those are games in which each team is in the top 10.
Here’s how I’m gonna try to approach this.
North Carolina St. DE Bradley Chubb & Boston College DE Harold Landry
These could be the top two edge rushers taken in the 2018 NFL Draft. Seeing them square off in the same game should make for interesting viewing.
I’m skipping and Florida-South Carolina and Oklahoma St.-Iowa St. Sparty’s just unwatchable as an impartial fan. Might get a bit of LSU-Arkansas though.
There’s just too much here to deal with. Florida St. at #4 Clemson could be fun if FSU makes a game of it. And #20 Iowa at #8 Wisconsin is that uncut puro college football. Be careful with that stuff, friends. And keep an eye on that #11 USC-Colorado game. With UCLA looming next week, this one smells very trappy, Trojans fans.
Don’t judge me.
#2 Alabama at #16 Mississippi St.
#3 Notre Dame at #7 Miami
#6 TCU at #5 Oklahoma
HOOK IT TO MY VEINS.
