The Week 17 inactives have been released and it adds some interesting storylines to today’s game between the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams.
#RamsInactives: WR Thomas, QB Keenum, DB Joyner, S Alexander, OL Wichmann, OT Robinson, DE Longacre

The white elephant in the room is big ‘ol #73. Saying that Greg Robinson has been a disappointment this season is stating the obvious. The real question here is if he has played his last game as the Rams LT. It doesn’t make sense for the Rams financially to cut him, but he obviously doesn’t have what it takes to protect Jared Goff at this point in his career. A move inside to guard could be in the offing here.
The other interesting twist is that the Rams will again be without two key members of their secondary. Maurice Alexander and Lamarcus Joyner will not be suiting up, and you have to wonder how exposed this unit is going to be against what can be a potent Cardinals offense.

The Cardinals lose OT D.J. Humpries and first round pick Robert Nkimdiche for the season finale, but get WR John Brown back.
