For what’s building as a consensus for a disappointing 2016 season in the Rams’ return to Los Angeles, the prospects for starting off on the right foot look promising.
The Rams are being offered as 2.5-point starts to open the season on the road against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football. It’s a hopeful entry on the numbers to get the 2016 season going. The Rams will likely need a win in the books in Week 1 with the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2 and a pair of road contests in the following two games. With the schedule offering little repose, the season opener against the 49ers could be the best chance for a win for an entire month.
If the oddsmakers are any indication, the Rams at least have a good shot to get off on a good foot to get started.
