Since Week 1, the Los Angeles Rams have been without the services of three injured players: WR Pharoh Cooper, WR Nelson Spruce and CB E.J. Gaines.
That could be changing soon.
Here’s your first injury report of the week which follows the Rams’ first two of three practices:
Los Angeles Rams |
|||
---|---|---|---|
Name | POS | Injury | Wed. Status |
Maurice Alexander | S | Thigh | Limited |
Pharoh Cooper | WR | Shoulder | Limited |
Benny Cunningham | RB | Knee | Limited |
E.J. Gaines | CB | Thigh | Limited |
Lamarcus Joyner | CB | Toe | Limited |
Nelson Spruce | WR | Knee | Limited |
So your new additions are S Maurice Alexander, RB Benny Cunningham and CB Lamarcus Joyner. Given that all three are limited, it’s perhaps not the biggest concern. We’ll have to see if any, like Joyner’s broken toe, persist and warrant any deeper concern.
If not, the real question is how the potential return of Cooper, Spruce and/or Gaines might affect the 53-man roster.
While the Rams don’t practice tomorrow, we’ll still get an injury report. We’ll get the final report after the final practice of the week on Friday.
As for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, here’s their initial list:
