The Los Angeles Rams went through their first practice of the week preparing for the Seattle Seahawks today. With it came the initial injury report:
Los Angeles Rams |
|||
---|---|---|---|
Name | POS | Injury | Thu. Status |
Lamarcus Joyner | CB | Foot | Limited |
Pharoh Cooper | WR | Shoulder | DNP |
Nelson Spruce | WR | Knee | DNP |
Michael Brockers | DT | Thigh | DNP |
E.J. Gaines | CB | Thigh | DNP |
Todd Gurley | RB | Rest | DNP |
So the same three major concerns from last week added to Brockers and Gurley.
The Gurley rest was reportedly a “coaches’ decision”...let’s just see tomorrow. Same goes for Brockers who just signed a contract extension keeping him in horns through 2019.
Here’s what the Chickens are looking at:
Seattle Seahawks |
|||
---|---|---|---|
Name | POS | Injury | Thu. Status |
Jimmy Graham | TE | Knee | Full |
C.J. Prosise | RB | Wrist | Full |
Russell Wilson | QB | Ankle | Full |
Germain Ifedi | G | Ankle | DNP |
Nick Vannett | TE | Ankle | DNP |
Sehawks Head Coach Pete Carroll listing Graham, Prosise and Wilson despite being full participants? That’s pretty troll-y. Funny, but troll-y.
But hey, it’s Rams-Seahawks. This entire game is a troll job.
Overall, with Wilson good to go, the major impact right now is on the Rams’ side of the report. Will we get either rookie WR back in Cooper or Spruce? Will Gaines finally return to regular season action for the first time since 2014? Are Gurley and Brockers temporary concerns?
Hopefully, we’ll get concrete answers to all of those questions tomorrow.
