Los Angeles Rams rookie franchise QB Jared Goff has a bruised tailbone from Saturday’s game against the Denver Broncos.
Jared Goff told @ShelleyESPN that he has a bruised tailbone from the hit he took from Vontarrius Dora. Went in for a precautionary X-ray.

Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher had an interesting response when asked about it last night in his post-practice press conference:
I’m not going to confirm or deny either way. Jared participated out here today.
That’s...odd.
Consider that in the same presser, Fisher discussed at length the injuries to WR Pharoh Cooper and CB E.J. Gaines as well as the concussion protocols for LT Greg Robinson and CB Troy Hill.
Without any official injury report required in the preseason, there’s no way for media to accurately report Goff’s status with the Rams’ final preseason game on Thursday. And with the new injury report formatting, if Goff is held out of the Rams’ preseason closer against the Minnesota Vikings...
Well, suffice to say an interesting week is just that much more interesting with Goff’s tailbone now in play.
