The Los Angeles Rams are holding a scrimmage on Saturday at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. To attend, fans will need to get a free ticket from this link to Ticketmaster.
The scrimmage is part of what the Rams are calling “Family Day”:
Rams Family Day gives fans an opportunity to see the team for the first time in the Coliseum, a week before they take the field against the Dallas Cowboys for the first NFL game in Los Angeles in 22 years. Guests will watch the team practice and will have access to activities around the stadium.
I contacted the Rams to see what the “Family” part of “Family Day” is, and got the following response:
It’s a day for all members of the “Rams Family” – players, coaches, staff, and most importantly the fans – to celebrate the Rams coming home to Los Angeles as the team takes the field at the Coliseum for the first time, a week before we host the Cowboys in the first NFL game in LA in 22 years.
There will be activities for all members of a family – watching practice, opportunity to meet broadcasters, and the launch of the Cedars-Sinai Kids’ Zone that will have a presence on gamedays with fun activities for kids.
For more information regarding the ticket process, fans may contact the Rams Ticket Office at info@rams.nfl.com. More info can be found here.
