After missing Saturday's game against the Dallas Cowboys and his absence being dismissed by Jeff Fisher as minor - Isaiah Battle was injured at practice this evening.

Being carted off the field is always tough, but when you're a player that's fighting for the viability of your career in the NFL it's even worse. If it's a serious injury, one has to wonder if Battle's career is over before it got a firm footing.
Battle is technically a part of your Rams 2016 draft class, but isn't often thought of as such due to his selection in the 2015 NFL supplementary draft. He spent the majority of the 2015 season on the practice squad before injuries decimated last year's offensive line and he earned a token call up to the active roster.
Start praying Rams fans. This group doesn't need the injury bug to take over camp headlines.
