Mason was the Rams’ third-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft after a stellar career at Auburn. Mason supplanted Zac Stacy, who was waived by the Jets this week, as the starter midway through his rookie season finishing with 765 yards in his 12 games, nine of which he started. Mason was relegated to backup duties with the drafting of Todd Gurley #10 overall in the 2015 NFL Draft, totaling 207 yards on 75 rushes in his three starts through 13 games overall.
