With last week's trade shipping the Los Angeles Rams the #1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft from the Tennessee Titans, all eyes turned to North Dakota St. QB Carson Wentz and Cal QB Jared Goff as the two prospective candidates to be selected by the Rams.
Today, we're getting reports that both prospects are in California for pre-draft visits...albeit with two different franchises.
NFL Network's Rand Getlin has the news that Wentz is headed into LA to meet with the Rams this week:
I'm told #NDSU QB Carson Wentz will be touching down in Los Angeles later today. Will be meeting with the #Rams over the next few days.

Meanwhile up north, Comcast Sports Network Bay Area's Matt Maiocco has the news that Goff is in Santa Clara to meet with the San Francisco 49ers:
Sources: Cal QB Jared Goff is visiting the 49ers today in Santa Clara.https://t.co/DVfyi2MkjH

Given that the Rams have stuck to opting not to disclose who they're looking to select with the #1 overall pick, any news like this is sure to draw additional intrigue.
Just 10 days, friends...
