The cost was not cheap.
The Rams gave the Titans their first four picks from the 2016 NFL Draft as well as their first-round and third-round picks from the 2017 NFL Draft.
With those moves done, here's what the Rams have in the 2016 NFL Draft:
There are only two ways to look at this.
1.) The Rams are in position to win with a rookie QB who can come in and single-handedly resuscitate the Rams' 32nd-ranked offense from 2015. Having stocked up draft picks from the Robert Griffin III trade in 2012, the Rams have the personnel to win everywhere else on the roster.
2.) Winning in the short term isn't the highest commodity.
