It's going down. Today at 4pm, 2016 NFL Free Agency opens and with it a flood of overcompensating reactions and analysis.

We'll continue to update this page today with all the Rams and free agency info in one spot.,

Live Blog Updates

7:23pm ET

Jaguars TE Marcedes Lewis has re-signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars...but not after a push by the Rams to sign him to replace ousted receiving TE Jared Cook.

6:00pm ET

The Rams are bringing back Brian Quick on a one-year prove it deal. Can he stay healthy and make an impact?

5:00pm ET

The Giants are on a roll. They just signed Olivier Vernon to a MONSTROUS contract.

4:50pm ET

More Rams staying put. This time, it's Tim Barnes. He's been re-signed on a two-year deal.

4:33pm ET

The Rams have re-signed safety Cody Davis to a two-year deal.

4:30pm ET

It looks as though three Rams RFAs were not tendered: LB Daren Bates, OL Brian Folkerts and RB Chase Reynolds

4:25pm ET

Another big name off the board in LB Danny Trevathan who's going from the Denver Broncos to the Chicago Bears.

4:00pm ET

Biggest news of the day: The Rams have re-signed both William Hayes and Mark Barron to long term deals! Hayes ended up with a three year contract while it appears Barron is wrapped up for five years.

3:30pm ET

It looks as though the Rams are trying to make sure Case Keenum isn't going anywhere without some significant compensation for the team. They've tendered him at a first round level.

3:10pm ET

And as for RFAs, we've got our first news with RB Benny Cunningham receiving a low-grade tender from the Rams. What does that mean? It means he's set for a one-year deal and the Rams won't get any draft compensation if they don't match any competing offers from other teams.

3:05pm ET

It's hard to believe this one, but there may be some credibility behind it. Sounds like Rams QB Case Keenum would be the Broncos' Plan C after Brock Osweiler and Colin Kaepernick...

1:40pm ET

The Atlanta Falcons now sound like they're gonna lock up the Alex Mack signing. The need at center is a stark one if the Rams aren't comfortable (a) that they'll be able to re-sign Tim Barnes and (b) relying on him as the full-time starter again.

1:00pm ET

Rams S Rodney McLeod is headed to the Philadelphia EaglesPriority A looks like a failure...

11:50pm ET

Sounds like the Falcons are in the lead for former Browns C Alex Mack. I know he's a popular target around TST. With Tim Barnes on an expiring contract, who's going to be the Week 1 starter at center for the 2016 Los Angeles Rams?

11:20am ET

Janoris got five years, $62m from the Giants? Clearly, he made the right decision to fire his old agent. Get dat money, Jackrabbit. #checmate

10:50am ET

Just getting the tracker going. We've got updates on Janoris Jenkins leavinginterest in Rodney McLeod and William Hayessituation all on the site.

Gonna be a wild one today. Stay tuned.
