The weirdest Rams offseason in memory keeps getting weirder with news that Assistant Linebackers Coach Joe Bowden is moving to Assistant Special Teams Coach, per FOX Sports' Alex Marvez:
Source tells @NFLonFOX that @RamsNFL moved assistant LBs coach Joe Bowden to assistant special teams coach. Bowden was NFL LB for 9 years

Bowden has been on staff in the ALB Coaching spot since Jeff Fisher became head coach in 2012 working underneath Linebackers Coach Frank Bush. No word on what preempted the change.
It has been an offseason of change, though. While relocation certainly washes over nearly any and all headlines, the Rams have been remaking the coaching staff after a disappointing 2015 season.
Things started quickly after the end of the regular season as the Rams fired five members of the coaching staff including Assistant Special Teams Coach Paul F. Boudreau, the son of Rams Offensive Line Coach Paul T. Boudreau, which created the vacancy for Bowden. The Rams then moved to add three different coaches in the weeks since in WR Coach Mike Groh, RB Coach Skip Peete and TE Coach John Lilly.
Rams fans needn't fret about any change at the top. Reports suggest that Head Coach Jeff Fisher is working out an extension with the team.
