2016 NFL Mock Draft: Kadar's Pre-Combine Effort Squares All Rams Eyes On Indy

Combine week. Time to set the baseline...

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to combine week. I'm headed out to Indy tomorrow, but until then we've got mockery to cover.

Today, we've got our weekly Monday mock from Mocking the Draft's Dan Kadar. Top 14:

# Team Pick POS School
1 Tennessee Titans Laremy Tunsil OT Ole Miss
2 Cleveland Browns Jared Goff QB California
3 San Diego Chargers DeForest Buckner DE Oregon
4 Dallas Cowboys Myles Jack OLB UCLA
5 Jacksonville Jaguars Joey Bosa DE Ohio St.
6 Baltimore Ravens Jalen Ramsey CB Florida St.
7 San Francisco 49ers Carson Wentz QB North Dakota St.
8 Miami Dolphins Mackensie Alexander CB Clemson
9 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Noah Spence DE/O Eastern Kentucky
10 New York Giants Jaylon Smith OLB Notre Dame
11 Chicago Bears Ronnie Stanley OT Notre Dame
12 New Orleans Saints A'Shawn Robinson DT Alabama
13 Philadelphia Eagles Paxton Lynch QB Memphis
14 Oakland Raiders Vernon Hargreaves III CB Florida

Goff, Wentz and Lynch are gone. You know how this ends.

Laquon Treadwell (WR, Ole Miss)

The Rams have clear issues at quarterback, but there just isn't one worth a pick remaining in the first round. If Treadwell is available with the 15th pick, he would be a wise target for Los Angeles. The Rams have lacked a true No. 1 wide out for years, and Treadwell can fill that need. He's basically Dez Bryant lite. He's capable of going up and making tough catches and is physical after the catch.

Since it's combine week, I'm less interested in Treadwell as a prospect and more interested how the combine treats him. Obviously the concerns over a slow 40-yard time are the overriding asterisk going in, but I just wonder about his overall performance. Treadwell's never been the supreme athlete. He's a physical monster that's just gonna be a nightmare for cornerbacks under 6'.

Time to let the narratives build...
