Best St. Louis Rams Draft Picks, #6 - Robert Quinn

Spags may have failed as the head coach of the Rams, but he was able to find Quinn using his 'Four Pillars' approach.

The defensive domination of the Top 10 so far continues...

#10 Todd Gurley
#9 James Laurinaitis
#8 Chris Long
#7 Leonard Little

Robert Quinn slid in the 2011 NFL draft after being deemed ineligible for the 2010 college football season. His brain tumor didn't help matters either. After sliding a bit, Steve Spagnuolo saw too much promise in him to let him fall past the Rams pick at 14 overall.

Quinn has made good on that promise during his time with the Rams. After easing into action in his first season, Quinn's sack totals ballooned to 10.5 in year two and 19 in year three. He made a very strong case for DPOY in 2013 but fell to 4th on a subpar Rams team.

Injuries have hampered the Rams star DE the past 2 seasons, but no one is questioning his ability at this point in his career. Hell, as it stands right now he's worthy of his spot on this list. But look back in 10 years and he could find himself significantly higher than 6.
