LA Rams-Atlanta Falcons Final Injury Report Leaves Three In Doubt

The Rams could be without their backup RB and two key defensive starters on Sunday. That’s ok, though!

Well, the Los Angeles Rams have some injury concerns heading into their Week 14 clash against the Atlanta Falcons. That’s ok, though! I’m sure they’ll be able to overcome any personnel losses!

Here’s how things look:

Los Angeles Rams

Name POS Injury Wed. Status Thu. Status Fri. Status Game Status
Tavon Austin WR Chest Full Full Full
Rodger Saffold OL Hand Full Full Full
Jared Goff QB Illness DNP Full Full
Robert Quinn DE Concussion Limited Limited Full Questionable
E.J. Gaines CB Thigh DNP DNP DNP Questionable
Benny Cunningham RB Neck DNP DNP DNP Doubtful

Good news for WR Tavon Austin and OL Rodger Saffold as well as for QB Jared Goff, though that was more to be expected.

As for DE Robert Quinn and CB E.J. Gaines, we’ll have to see. Quinn was hospitalized last month for an undisclosed medical issue, and Gaines has dealt with multiple lower body injuries since training camp after missing all of last year with a foot injury.

I’m expecting all three to return, because hope lives eternal!!(for less than 48 hours)!

As for the Atlanta Boo Birds, they’re likely crying “boo hoo” because of their “boo boos”:

Atlanta Falcons

Name POS Injury Wed. Status Thu. Status Fri. Status Game Status
Tom Compton T Knee Limited Full Full
Dwight Freeney DE Not Injury Related DNP Full Full
Jake Matthews T Knee DNP DNP Limited Questionable
Julio Jones WR Toe DNP DNP DNP Questionable
Robenson Therezie S Ankle - - DNP Questionable
Adrian Clayborn DE Knee DNP DNP DNP Out
Mohamed Sanu WR Groin DNP DNP DNP Out

No word yet from The Falcoholic on their reaction to the report, though they seem worried enough about WR Julio Jones’ case of turf toe.

Each team’s seven inactives will be up on Sunday. And if they played each other, I’m sure the Rams’ inactives would win!

Go Rams inactives!
