Here are the seven inactives for the Los Angeles Rams taking on the New York Giants today:
- DT Michael Brockers
- G Jamon Brown
- WR Pharoh Cooper
- CB Trumaine Johnson
- QB Sean Mannion
- OT Pace Murphy
- WR Nelson Spruce
We knew Brockers, Brown, Johnson and Spruce were going to miss from the final game injury report. Cooper, Mannion and Murphy have been frequent inactive selections even when healthy.
This means TE Temarrick Hemingway, who has frequently been out, will be active.
At this point, it’s worth wondering where Pharoh Cooper (and to a degree, Nelson Spruce) factors in to this roster. I’m not sure either will be involved in this season’s plans unless things fall apart...much like a certain rookie quarterback.
Here’s the seven for the Giants:
- S Nat Berhe
- QB Josh Johnson
- WR Tavarres King
- OT Marshall Newhouse
- LB Deontae Skinner
- DT Robert Thomas
- FS Darian Thompson
That of course means WR Odell Beckham, Jr., is a go. We’ll see how effective he is at less than 100%.
