The Los Angeles Rams modified their practice schedule this week in London ahead of Sunday’s Week 7 clash with the New York Giants.
The Rams’ standard practice schedule is on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday leaving Thursday open for the hypothetical injury report. Having flown out immediately after last weekend’s loss to the Detroit Lions, the Rams left Tuesday out to conduct marketing efforts and promotional operations meaning they had to shift their practice schedule to the right on a Wednesday, Thursday Friday run.
That being said, today’s injury report is reflective of an actual practice today and not
“an estimation of participation”:

---|---|---|---|---|
Name | POS | Injury | Wed. Status | Thu. Status |
William Hayes | DE | Ankle | Limited | Full |
Robert Quinn | DE | Shoulder | Limited | Full |
Jamon Brown | G | Hand | - | Limited |
Nelson Spruce | WR | Calf | - | Limited |
Michael Brockers | DT | Thigh | DNP | DNP |
Trumaine Johnson | CB | Ankle | DNP | DNP |
Good news on the defensive ends with Robert Quinn and William Hayes both getting in some action.
Clearly though, the concern is that both DT Michael Brockers and CB Trumaine Johnson were unable to go while G Jamon Brown and WR Nelson Spruce picked up practice injuries today. Considering that G Cody Wichmann, who replaced Brown in the starting rotation this season, missed time recently due to injury. If Brown can’t go and Wichmann, who didn’t play on Sunday, is less than 100%, it doesn’t suggest great options for an offensive line that was already...imperfect.
Here’s the Giants’ side:

The Odell Beckham, Jr., injury is the big one. And he’s “got to” be able to go on Sunday:
Will Odell Beckham Jr play Sunday? "I got to," he told me. "I got to do whatever I have to do to get out there."

From our fam over at Big Blue View:
The rest of the team’s injury report looked familiar. We likely won’t know the status of cornerback Eli Apple (groin), long-snapper Zak DeOssie (ankle) and other “limited” players until the team arrives in London. How many of those injured players, including Beckham, handle the long flight remains to be seen.
Interestingly, safety Nat Berhe (concussion) is reportedly making the trip to London despite still being in the league’s concussion protocol.
Final injury report with game status coming tomorrow.
(Updated)
The Rams put out an update following the initial report that modified the practice status for Beckham, Berhe and DeOssie.
