Obviously, it's too early to parse a ton here. The rotation wasn't even-handed. Brandon Washington filled in for Rodger Saffold after an early injury and picked up a ton of time if that injury ends being longer than expected.

The obvious rotation effort in the second half was to start looking at the cut from 90 guys on the current roster to the 75-man version coming in more than a week. So the offensive tackle personnel, wide receiver, running back...clearly, there's fat to trim offensively. And soon.

Again, playing time means they're looking at what they have. Clearly, the staff was trying to get a better sense of guys like Hager, Westbrooks, Roberson, Ifedi and Longacre. Not at the expense of others, but at those guys' behest.

If anything, it's important to see how things differ in Nashville with the late snaps.
