The St. Louis Rams continue to draft on the offensive side of the ball, this time drafting Bud Sasser from the University of Missouri. The Rams have hit most of their major needs on offensive during this draft so it does not come as a surprise that they would draft Sasser.
The Rams have question marks on their depth chart at receiver and Sasser could help out. Now Sasser does have the body of a big-time receiver, since he is 6'3 and 200+ pounds and ran a 4.5 forty. The question now is will Sasser see the field, or is he just a depth player?
As a prospect he was rated as a 7th round player on many draft sites.
