It appears that the National Football League Players Association is going to play hardball against the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell.

The NFLPA has hired none other than Jeffery Kessler to handle Tom Brady's appeal. You may remember him from his involvement in past NFL cases, such as the early 90s free agency trial and Ray Rice's appeal of his indefinite suspension.

The NFC West has evolved over recent years into one of the toughest divisions in football, touting some of the greatest defensive units in all of the NFL.  An NFC West team has made it to the conference championship game for four consecutive seasons, and during the last decade a team from the West has represented the NFC in the Super Bowl five different times.  Winning the West is by no means an easy feat, but this year the Arizona Cardinals are poised to claim their first division title since 2009.
