The St. Louis Rams have traded the 41st overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft to the Carolina Panthers for their 2nd round pick at #57, their 3rd round pick at 89th overall and 6th round pick at #201.

Now with the trade, the Rams hold three picks on day two: #57 overall (25th pick, 2nd round), #72 overall (8th pick, 3rd round) and #89 (25th pick, 3rd round).

Carolina used the pick from St. Louis to select Michigan TE/WR Devin Funchess.

There are still numerous offensive line options, but now with the Rams sitting well behind where they were going into tonight, Rams fans will have to wait and see if a run comes. If nothing else, the Panthers' selection of Funchess slows the beginning of the run at least for a bit.

It also gives the Rams a chance to address the offense with that extra pick, perhaps on a rookie QB or LSU OL La'el Collins whose involvement in the questioning of a murder case, though he's not a suspect, has him potentially holding out of NFL football in 2015 if he't not selected to use eligibility in the 2016 NFL Draft as a shot for an early pick.
