Late in the game, a hero rode into town. Mayock was his name, and he brought his mock with him to welcome the sunset.

He strode with confidence into the town square with knowledge and experience. This was no Monday cowboy:
Ereck Flowers (OT, Miami)
I think St. Louis would like to trade down. However, Flowers is a body mover; a developmental top-level player.
It's a bit of an oddball, but it does somewhat close the loop that started with ESPN's Todd McShay's first mock in mid-December that had the Rams taking Flowers. Anything's possible, so put aside your impossibility clauses.
One thing of note post-10, though taking Flowers would render it moot, is the run on OTs late in the 1st. Mayock has Andrus Peat, D.J. Humphries and T.J. Clemmings from 23-25 followed by Jake Fisher at 28 and Cedric Ogbuehi at 29. If the Rams go elsewhere at 10 looking for linemen thereafter, a run like that might give them pause...or motivation to move up.
In any case, we're close friends. Sidle up to the saloon. Grab one. We're almost there.
