Welcome to the Turf Show Times mock draft sign up!  If you’ve not participated in a community mock like this before, here’s how it works...

You, the reader, will be selecting one of the NFL’s 32 teams and making their first round selection as general manager.  You’ll then write a post [a couple hundred words or less] stating your case for the team’s pick.

It’s first come, first served for claiming a team, and you’ll do so by simply stating your intention to pick for that team in the comments section below.  Sorry, only one team per person.

We’ll be posting two picks per day, starting this Thursday, April 2nd.

A few things:

*  Familiarize yourself with the team and it’s top needs.
*  Be ready.  If you’re one of the first few picks, you should be giving your pick some consideration today.
*  Pay attention.  If you’re picking 22nd, writing your post while we’re still picking in the early teens may be a waste of time.
*  Check your email.  And make sure that the email you submitted when you signed up for Turf Show Times is current/accurate.  We’re relying on your cooperation for this to run smoothly.
