On the last big board we saw some rankings that fell in line with the general expectation and then we saw some that we complete shockers. Whether it being someone lower or higher than expected or not ranked at all. Well upon further review and a lot more scouting there is plenty more of that to come.
There's a lot of first round talent in this draft, which goes to show how deep the draft really is. In fact, I have a whopping 22 players with late first round - pick range of about 20-32 - grades. The issue is, there's not as many players with top 15 pick grades. In other drafts some of the players in the top 15 would not even be considered until the late first. But make no mistake about they still would be first players.
Last time I said the top five ranked players were "very special players, that could end up going to seven or eight Pro Bowls apiece in their careers. All are the most pro-ready for their positions, and could should be able to come into the league and pick up where they left off". But this time I have extended that number to the top 9 players.
