Texans traded QB Case Keenum back to the St. Louis Rams for a 7th-round pick in 2016, per league sources.

It's a bit of a strange move having just traded for Nick Foles and seeing Shaun Hill head to Minnesota. In essence, the Rams have re-made their QB depth chart in a single day.
So, you would’ve had... Bradford/Hill/Davis And now you’ve got... Foles/Davis/Keenum. #drank

Keenum of course was with the Rams for two months last season, but was dropped to the practice squad to make room for Mark Barron. Once demoted, he was re-snatched by the Texans, his first NFL team.
Now, he's been re-re-resnatched. We'll have to see where the Rams head for their third QB and if Keenum is able to beat them out for the backup position. But clearly, the Rams were comfortable enough with what he brings to the table to lose a future draft pick to bring him back.
