St. Louis Stadium Task Force Provides NFL With Official Proposal

New, comments

The details are in.

Although the St. Louis Stadium Task Force had until tomorrow to submit their official proposal to the NFL, we have some details from CBS Sports' Jason LaCanfora:

Bear in mind, this proposal isn't designed to woo Stan Kroenke. It's designed to convince the other NFL owners (specifically those wavering between the collectivist and individualist factions) that the St. Louis market is both viable and feasibly committed to servicing the needs of the league and whichever owner is best positioned to take advantage of that market.

One would think $400m dollars of taxpayer money is one hell of an indication that the market, fairly or not, is prepared to support NFL ownership.

The task force has made the PDF available.
