NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reports the St. Louis Rams are comfortable bringing back Head Coach Jeff Fisher and General Manager Les Snead for the 2016 season.
Discussed the futures of #Rams coach Jeff Fisher and GM Les Snead on @AroundTheNFL: All indications are both are safe for the 2016 season.

The Rams have sealed their fourth season in a row under Fisher and Snead without a winning record, their 12th in a row overall.
In the end, the Rams aren't really built to win. They're just built to battle. And make it hurt. That's what they're good at.

This isn't a franchise that lives and dies by its record. Winning games is not of the utmost priority. Fan satisfaction isn't what moves the needle at Rams Park.
Jeff Fisher's "hot seat" was never going to determined by whether or not the Rams won games. A head coach who has six winning among the 21 on his resume doesn't get or stay employed based on performance no matter how badly the fans wish it to be so.
