Year of the Ram: Johnny Hekker, Kevin Demoff Hint at 2015 Postseason for the Rams

Prior to the New Year ball dropping and champagne popping, St. Louis Rams’ punter Johnny Hekker was already getting amped up for the 2015 NFL season.  He sent a subtle message to his Twitter followers...

The theme for the upcoming season?  Perhaps.  Where lines like "Defend Our Turf" may have fallen short in 2014, this could really gain some steam heading into next season.

Rams Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Demoff is certainly on board.  In fact, he took it to another level by dropping a little bit of history on Rams’ Nation...

2015 is the Year of the Ram in the Chinese Zodiac, with the year ending on February 7th, 2016, which just happens to be Super Bowl Sunday

Most recent Year of the Ram was 2003-04 which resulted in playoff berth. Suffice to say there will be a Chinese New Year party at Rams Park!

But there are repercussions for being a Rams’ fan who gets to celebrate the success of their favorite team.  And that comes in the form of a 12-year postseason drought...
