The St. Louis Rams have started the process of making their last round of roster cuts. Teams are required to have their final 53-man rosters by 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, Aug. 30. The Rams are starting the process with 75 players after the previous round of roster cuts.
Here's the Rams final 53-man roster as of Saturday afternoon.
A number of the players released will be eligible for the practice squad. For the first time, teams are allowed to keep 10 players on the practice squad, up from just eight players in previous years. Players first have to clear waivers before they can be signed to the practice squad. A more in-depth overview of those rules can be found here.
Here are the cuts the Rams made:
Emory Blake, WR
Travis Bond, OG
Kuortnei Brown, DL
Christian Bryant, DB
Matt Conrath, DT
Avery Cunningham, S
Austin Franklin, WR
Aaron Hill, LB
Garrett Gilbert, QB

The Stedman Bailey suspension also frees up one more roster spot for the final 53.
We'll be updating this list up through the final deadline. We'll also have some analysis of the final 53-man roster once we have it.
Remember, if you're interacting with players on Twitter (or wherever) be respectful. This is a tough day.
