Jeff Fisher completes the Ice Bucket Challenge, drops f-bomb

The Rams coach accepted Pete Carroll's challenge and offered one of his own.

Rams head coach Jeff Fisher couldn't really say no. When Pete Carroll, the head coach of the rival Seahawks, challenged him to dump a bucket of ice water on his head he just had to to it. He did it yesterday afternoon at Rams Park.

The Ice Bucket Challenge is a campaign to raise awareness and money for the ALS Association. Everyone around the NFL and the whole country has been doing it, even Ethel Kennedy.

Here's the full video, which is awesome for Fisher's reaction at the end.

Fisher challenged Cardinals manager Mike Matheny and Rascal Flats to take the challenge as well.

Of course, someone pulled out the most important part ... Jeff Fisher's f-bomb!
