The Rams offensive line could return this week

Could the Rams starting offensive line play together against the Green Bay Packers this Saturday? There's a chance that they could...

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

This Saturday against the Green Bay Packers the St. Louis Rams franchise quarterback Sam Bradford will return, but he might not be the only offensive player to return this week. In fact, there's a chance that the three starting offensive linemen, who missed the game against the New Orlean Saints, could be returning to the starting lineup, offensive guard Rodger Saffold, left tackle Jake Long, and center Scott Wells.

Here's information from the Rams official website.

"Finally, Fisher delivered some good news on the offensive line during his press conference: Jake Long, Scott Wells, and Rodger Saffold all could see time on the field this week.

More than likely - if all three players end up starting for the Rams this week-  their time on the field will be limited. However, it's hard not to get excited with the prospect of the Rams starting offense being on the field for the first time. It's not like the Rams can't benefit from letting their offense get snaps together.

The Rams offense will have some hiccups, but it's better to have them during preseason and not week one of the regular season.
