Sam Bradford may not play all 4 preseason games

The Rams quarterback is healthy, says Fisher, but he still could see less action in the preseason.

St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher was on ESPN's Mike and Mike Show Wednesday morning to talk training camp. Asked about quarterback Sam Bradford, Fisher hinted that Bradford might not see action in all four preseason games this year as he recovers from a torn ACL suffered last October.

The good news is that Fisher, in the same breath, said that Bradford was 100 percent.

"He is 100%. If he doesn't play a couple preseason games, it's because we keep him out."

This is Bradford's third year in the offense and fifth season in the NFL, so missing some time in the preseason doesn't seem like a big deal on the surface. On the other hand, not having played in almost a year, the reps, even preseason reps, could be beneficial.

Mike and Mike ramped up the Bradford talk on the show, echoing the "make or break" season line and adding they're not impressed with the current group of Rams wide receivers.
