If you have plans with the family or some other activity scheduled from 2 - 9 p.m ET time this Friday, brush those plans aside because there are more important things Rams things  that are about to go down.

This Friday, June 27 from 2 - 9 p.m. ET on NFL Network, the St. Louis Rams will have a "Rams Day," a lineup of Rams-only programming featuring the Greatest Show on Turf and Super Bowl XXXIV.

Highlighting Rams Day is a replay of the Rams' Super Bowl victory over the Tennessee Titans with Kurt Warner providing running commentary. Isaac Bruce and Coach Dick Vermeil will call into the show and other members of the Greatest Show on Turf will be hot on the Twitter, tweeting their stories in 140-character bites of the game as well.

Lastly, and possibly most exciting, is the launching of their microsite, GreatestShowOnTurf.com. Clicking now won't take you to any Rams content, not presently. You'll have to wait until Friday like the rest of us.

If you can't watch live or store seven hours of awesome Rams programming onto your DVR, don't worry. The Rams are all over the digital sphere these days and will have goodies for you in all shapes and sizes.

For now, just watch this.
