The Rams are Blazing Trails -The Boston Globe
In the NFL, copycats abound. Oh, that team who won the Super Bowl last year? The Rams are marching to their own beat however. From palindromes to financial planning to bucking the trend of the big corner back, Les Snead, Jeff Fisher and Kevin Demoff are doing their own 'thang'.
About those palindromes-
"That was completely on a whim to have some fun," Demoff said. "The salary cap is $133 million. What’s an extra five dollars?"
How can you not like that attitude? Perhaps next year, every other team will hand out contracts that are palindromes?
Is Kurt Warner a Hall of Famer? -ESPN
Yes.
Tavon Austin playing 'faster' according to Brian Schottenheimer -NFL

OTA wrap up -Fox Sports
Williams' hiring as defensive coordinator this off season gives Fisher a familiar face he can rely on with more than a decade of experience in that role, unlike the past two seasons. Williams also brings an edginess that has been missing. Tim Walton he is not.
Indeed.
Adrian Wilson finds a new home -Sky Sports
This guy has been a beast for years, does he have one more good season in him?
Calvin Pryor as Defensive Rookie of the Year? -ESPN
Along with Aaron Donald already being nominated for this award by Brian Schottenheimer, we now add S Calvin Pryor of the Jets...shouldn't we play some football first?
This article does have this amusing tidbit in it though...
But Clowney will enter training camp just weeks removed from surgery to repair a sports hernia, and Mack left the Raiders' minicamp last week with, as head coach Dennis Allen said, his head "spinning" after the Raiders asked Mack to learn multiple positions.
And what you have all been waiting for..today's theme song!
