The phone lines are getting busier at Rams Park. That can only mean one thing: GROUPIES! No, wait, it probably means that NFL teams are calling the St. Louis Rams about the potential for making a deal. Here's the latest from the rumor mill with the draft just moments away.
Fisher to @MikeSilver: "Just recently, the phones have starting ringing a bit." #Rams

Confirmed! The telephones are working. That's key for a team on draft night, people forget that.
Let's talk about the No. 2 pick.
Fisher also said team looking at 4 to 6 players at No. 2 overall (down from 6 to 8 on Tuesday). And said phones starting to ring a little

Interesting. The emerging consensus says it's going to be Greg Robinson. I still think it's going to be Jake Matthews. Robinson is a guy linked in trade talk, so smoke warning in effect.
Who else could be there? Sammy Watkins, Mike Evans, Khalil Mack and Clowney is my bet.
FIsher also says if Clowney was there at No. 2 overall: "We wouldn't complain."

Well look at that.
Alright, let's jump to luck number 13.
Fisher on NFL Network says No. 13 pick is where Rams "are gonna have some fun."

Fun? FUN? FUUUUUUN!
We'll have to leave that open to the imagination. Trade up? Trade down? Snag a safety? A corner? Is a quarterback still in play here? It seems unlikely, but ...
Speaking of unlikely, there was this ...
I’ll quit. RT @OchoFisho: @AlfieBCC NFL Net says Jags may trade for Bradford.

Now that's some bullshit. But I just had to do it ... all in good fun.
Speaking of fun, let's enjoy the draft responsibly.
