Word is coming out that Stedman Bailey is receiving a four game suspension from the league.

Many wanted the Rams to take a wide receiver in the draft and even Bailey getting suspended didn't persuade them into doing so.

I won't jump to any conclusions on the nature of the substance, but this is a blow to the Rams. After stepping up his play towards the end of the year, Bailey looked to be emerging as a top target for Sam Bradford. The Rams receiving core is near the bottom in the league in terms of talent and production and losing Bailey for four games won't do anything to help the situation.
