St. Louis Rams general manager Les Snead was in Texas on Thursday to attend the much ballyhooed pro day event for Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel. But he might have been more interested in one of the guys Johnny Football was throwing to.
Our friend Tony caught a glimpse of Snead during the workout, in a very revealing part of the field.

Needless to say, Evans is a guy the Rams are likely to have on their draft board given their two first-round picks. Several mocks have even put Evans to the Rams with the 13th pick.
There's a debate to be had about whether Evans or Sammy Watkins would be a better pick for the Rams, who still lack a true No. 1 receiver, despite spending two picks in the top 33 over the last two years to find one. Evans looks like what the Rams hoped they were getting in Brian Quick, a big, physical, do-it-all receiver. And Evans' hands are especially impressive.
Mike Evans has the best hands I've seen since Calvin Johnson.
