The Rams will more than likely draft a QB

The Rams have 12 picks in the NFL Draft and one of them will more than likely be a quarterback.

A quarterback is the most important football player on a football team, but his backup quarterback may be the most interesting. If a backup quarterback plays well in a game and the starter plays worse than the backup did, you will hear the "replace him talks," or if your team's quarterback is good, you can brag about having the best backup in the league.

So it's not a shock that fans are curious about who will be the St. Louis Rams backup quarterback. They just signed veteran backup Shaun Hill and current quarterback Sam Bradford has had some injury troubles throughout his career.

According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, the Rams will draft a quarterback in the 2014 NFL Draft.

This news was before the Shaun Hill signing. Since the Rams have 12 picks in the draft this season, it wouldn't be a surprise if the Rams decided to draft a QB. This season, the rookie will battle Shaun Hill and, if he does a good job, it wouldn't be a surprise if Hill is released. However, the team could keep three quarterbacks on the roster just in case Bradford is reinjured.

Here are some mid-round quarterbacks to watch.
