For just the third time this season and the second week in a row, the Rams head into the weekend as favorites.
The line for St. Louis-Washington opened up ceding two points to the Skins, but the money has already bumped that an extra half point. It's not an incredible surprise, despite the lack of history for the Rams this season as the lead dog.
Washington has lost their last four games, their second four-game losing streak of the year, and are trying to get through 2014 on the backs of recently-appointed starting QB Colt McCoy. St. Louis is 4-3 over their last seven games including last Sunday's 52-0 show against Oakland.
So the Rams have to take care of business on the road, a tough proposition for a team that's 2-4 on the road in 2014 and giving up 25.5 points per game away from home. There is, though, certainly reason for optimism that come Sunday evening, the Rams head back to St. Louis with their third away victory of the season.
