Season's Greetings

Nick Wagoner over at ESPN has the Rams stuck in neutral after yesterday's 6-20 loss to the Seahawks capped off their 6-10 2014 regular season.

Over at the P-D, Joe Strauss went with "feeble" to describe things.

Jim Thomas, meanwhile, went with the old "been there, done that" cliche, which while hackeneyed is pretty apt today.

Playoff Picture

The Rams are set with the 10th pick in the draft, one of five they currently hold. The Mark Barron trade sent the Rams' 4th and 6th round picks to Tampa, so St. Louis is looking light for day three.

Doug detailed the challenge ahead for the Rams in his offseason primer last night.

Harbaugh Gone

The Jim Harbaugh era is over in San Francisco. As the only other NFC West team to miss out on the playoffs, the 49ers have to get to work quickly to get a new staff in order after an 8-8 season that has them out of the top tier in the conference, picking 15th in the 2015 NFL Draft.
