Having cut Austin Pettis recently, the Rams are now likely without another receiver that was part of their 2014 Week One stable.
Adam Schefter is reporting Brian Quick's injury puts him out of contention this year:

That leaves the Rams with just four wide receivers on the roster in Kenny Britt, Stedman Bailey, Tavon Austin and Chris Givens.
Quick sits second on the team in receptions (25), targets (39) and receiving touchdowns (3) and is tops in receiving yards (375). All of those mark single-season career highs for the third-year receiver in just seven games.
Quick is under contract through the 2015 season.
