Having a tough time deciding on a few different players? Review this week's options or ask a question of our fantasy expert!

Scott Kane-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to the 8th installment of Start ‘em and Sit ‘em.  I try and not call out obvious decisions or top 6 players at QB, top 15 at RB or WR and make this productive for possible decisions that each fantasy owner has to make each week.

This is another small bye week as the relevant guys that are off are Eli Manning, Rueben Randle, Andre Williams, Odell Beckum, Larry Donnell, Colin Kaepernick, Frank Gore, Vernon Davis and Michael Crabtree.  Last week, we had an OK week going 6-4 in the Start ‘Em and 7-3 in the Sit ‘Em.  Please feel free to direct any questions to me either below or on Twitter.

Start ‘Em

· Tom Brady -  The Bears' defense is getting worse, and Brady is getting better. keep riding his hot run.

· Carson Palmer -  He is getting healthier and has a great matchup against the Eagles at home.

· Alex Smith -  The Rams are a bottom 5 defense against QBs this year and have an issue with mobile ones as Smith is in top 5 in rushing yards from QB position.

· Jerick McKinnon -  If you picked him up, this is the week to start him versus the Bucs.

· Darren McFadden -  He has come back to life the past few weeks, and the Browns are an awful run defense.

· Denard Robinson -  It sounds like he will take the bulk of carries, and the matchup looks good.

· Michael Floyd -  He has been great with Palmer, and facing the Eagles he is setup for a great week.

· Sammy Watkins – He is getting the targets. Plus, the Jets are bottom 5 against WRs in fantasy.

· Doug Baldwin – He has stepped into a WR1 spot and gets a pretty shaky Panthers defense.

· Dwayne Allen -  His targets continue to rise. A very solid choice versus the Steelers.

· Zach Ertz -  The Cardinals defense has issues with tight ends which should be exploited this week.

Sit ‘Em

· Cam Newton – The Seahawks should bounce back even on the road and take away his only two options.

· Matt Ryan – He is in London and playing a great defense in the Lions.

· Alfred Morris -  He has been hit or miss, and the Washington team will need to throw to stay in the game.

· Doug Martin -  If he had a different name, he would not be in anyone’s top 20. Stay far away and make him show it.

· Tre Mason -  He looked great last week, but the Rams RBBC situation looks like a mess. Too much uncertainty for me.

· Steven Jackson -  His starting days are done. The Lions run defense is top 5.

· Roddy White -  He built up some stats in garbage time last week, but he is fading fast.

· Terrance Williams -  His targets are way down and he is too touchdown-dependent.

· Larry Fitzgerald -  He is another name guy who is fading fast and would not be near a top 30 with a different name.

· Delanie Walker -  He may struggle with the 6th round rookie QB starting this week.

Here are a few fantasy streaming defenses that may be available-  Dolphins, Texans, and Chiefs

I wish everyone luck this week and let me know if you have any questions.
